Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our products and services
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides
- Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI and UX design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in UI and UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive design is a plus
